Snow Storm!

We had a lot of snow on Friday and took Nicholas out to "play"! Joe didn't have to work so we had a fun day being snowed in. Nicholas couldn't quite figure out what was going on.

Tree hunting!

We had a great time finding the "perfect" Christmas tree! It was very cold but we found one! Nicholas looks at it, but doesn't seem too interested!

Cereal for Thanksgiving!

Nicholas had a great 1st Thanksgiving! We started feeding him rice cereal. He seems to like it when he actually gets some down! He's still learning but we're sure he'll figure it out! He likes when you say, "Mmmmmm!" after every bite. Here are some Turkey day pictures with his cousins and eating cereal!

4 Months Old!

Nicholas is months old! We can't believe how fast the time has gone. We went for his doctor appointment yesterday and he is a big boy! He weighed 15lbs. 14oz. and is 26 and 1/2 inches long. He's in the 93rd percentile for his height. We're not sure where that came from but we'll take it. Here are some pictures we had taken! He's very smart and already starting to read!

Welcome Paul Joseph!

We are happy to welcome Paul Joseph to the family! He was born November 11th and weighed 7lbs. 7oz. Nicholas looks so big compared to him. I can't believe he used to be that little!

We took this video of Nicholas laughing at Joe. We thought it was so funny and so cute! Nicholas is really starting to show his personality. He's laughing a lot and he has also started to grab at things like crazy...especially my hair!

Happy Halloween!

Nicholas had a wonderful 1st Halloween. He dressed as a bumblebee and everyone thought he was so cute. We had a very busy day. We went to my old school to visit the teachers and the children from last year. We also went to Joe's school for the parade. After that we went to Gina and John's for dinner and we passed out the candy at their house while they took John trick-or-treating. Here are some pictures of our little bumblebee.

Nicholas' Baptism

This past weekend was very special. We had Nicholas baptized on Sunday and we also had lots of visitors. Grandpa and Grandma Elliott came all the way from Evansville. The Muldoon's also joined us from New Hampshire. Nicholas had lots of fun playing with Lauren and Erin. After the baptism we had a fun party at Gina and John's house. Everyone wanted to hold Nicholas and he was very tired after the long day.

Visit with Maggie and Aunt Elizabeth

We had a great visit with cousin Maggie and Aunt Elizabeth! We went apple picking and to the pumpkin patch. Maggie loves her new cousin and is learning how to be gentle with him! Poor Nicholas was helpless, but we're sure by Christmas he'll be able to stand up for himself!

Uncle Joe and Aunt Paula also came for a visit! We are so glad they were able to finally meet the babies!
