Clapping! Yeah!

Nicholas has been really into clapping lately! He hasn't quite got it down yet, but he tries. It's so cute!

Cousins!

Johnny and Paul came over for the day. We had lots of fun. Johnny helped feed Nicholas his lunch. Johnny says, "I love Nicholas and Paul!"

Teething!

Nicholas officially has a tooth! He has been very unhappy the past few days. This picture was taken on Valentine's Day. I thought he looked so cute in his red shirt.....he wasn't really into it though. He just sat there all day and stared. We could tell he was really in pain with that tooth. If you look really, really close you can see it.

Rolling!

Nicholas is officially rolling from his stomach to his back. He hasn't figured out how to roll the easy way by putting his head down, but he's getting over and that's all that matters. He really likes to roll when he's in just a diaper. He has rolled a few times during the day but of course when Joe gets home, he acts like he never did it. Last night he rolled every time we put him on his stomach and we were able to get it on video.

We can't believe that Nicholas is 6 months old! The time has gone by so fast! He is doing so many new things lately. He officially sits up with out any help for long periods of time. He has also found his feet and can put them in his mouth. He only seems to like to do this when he's naked though. He has tried many new kinds of food but he really, really likes peas. I was not expecting that.

He is really into Libby and Pheobe and tries to grab them even when they aren't in reach. Libby tolerates him, but Pheobe is not into having chunks of fur ripped out. Surprise, surprise!

Nicholas loves Uncle John!

First Christmas!

Nicholas had a great 1st Christmas! We spent Christmas Eve with Joe's family and Nicholas got a sled with his name on it! It's so cute!

We went to Evansville on Christmas day and Nicholas went on his first plane trip. He did really well and enjoyed looking at all the people. He had a great time visiting his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousin Maggie!
