Watermelon!

I really feel like Nicholas is so big when he does something like this! He ate this whole piece of watermelon all by himself! I'm sure he would have eaten more if I had let him!

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great Memorial Day weekend. We went to New Hampshire for Lauren's birthday! Nicholas had a lot of fun and got to play with Lauren and Erin. He really loved the balloons and Lauren's new tutu. He fell asleep in the backpack while we were walking on the beach. It was so cute. I think he just hit the wall of being tired and he liked the sound of the waves!

Haircut....singing...and crawling! Oh my!

There has been so much going on the past few days that I can't even keep up with the pictures and videos of Nicholas! He is offically crawling and has really picked up the speed the last few days getting into everything! He has also been "dancing" and really into music! He got me a Ray Charles CD for Mother's Day and he really likes it! He also got his first haircut today! He did a great job. He looked at the woman with his suspicious eyes, but he didn't cry. He really liked the police car he got to sit in and since he really doesn't have much hair...it didn't take long! He even got his picture taken and they saved some hair for us to keep! The beach...in April!

We have had really beautiful weather the past few days! It's actually been hot for this time of year. We took Nicholas to the beach over the weekend. He was interested in the sand and putting his feet in it. He also loved the shovel, mostly to chew on though. Here are some pictures of our day!

Easter

Nicholas had a great first Easter. We went to church and to Auntie Gina's for brunch. We were all ready to go to church and Nicholas was sitting with his Easter basket in his linen shirt and kahki pants when I looked over and he had blood all over his pants. He must have cut his finger on the envelope to his Easter card. So we had to change clothes! That's why he's dressed in two different outfits. Overall...it was a great day!

Visitors

My mom, sister and niece Maggie came to visit last week. My sister made a little video of Nicholas and Maggie. They had lots of fun together!
